Beef

All beef sold under the Naturez™ and Natures Beef® brand is Free Range, naturally produced, hormone and pesticide free and of MSA standard. Cattle are slaughtered in Casino, NSW and aged in our own premises at Tweed Heads for four and up to twleve weeks, combining to create a tender, juicy and flavoursome experience.

Veal

Grown in our own paddocks and selected from those cows with genetic traits known for superior production of the finest veal.

All our vealer’s are milk fattened, free of hormones, antibiotics and grain additives and concentrated trace minerals common to feedlot calves. Our vealer’s are lean and clean, light tasting and exhibiting refined flavours, texture and tenderness.

Lamb

Our lamb is sourced from our own farms at Guyra and Tenterfield on the nearby New England tableland. Lambs are fed natural rye grass and improved pastures with no processed grains, supplements or animal by-products. Our sheep are slaughtered locally and processed and hung in our Tweed MeatHall™.

We sell whole or half bodies for use as roasts, chops or on the rack and guarantee there are no mature aged sheep or hoggets used.

Pork & Pigmeatz™

At Natures Beef® we do not grow pigs on our own farms, however have dealt with other pig producers for many years and in some cases generations. These nearby farmers and neighbours have been anxious to sell their selected pork and bacon direct to the public and have entered into exclusive supply agreements with Natures Beef®, to grow and fatten pigs and supply them to our stringent specifications.

As a result, we are able to offer healthy good eating pigmeats, supplied by long established and trusted farmers from the Tweed and Richmond Valley’s with whom we have dealt for many years. Pigs are killed near Bangalow and processed at our Tweed based MeatHall™.

Our butchers at Natures Beef® can offer a variety of cuts of pork which are leaner than chicken, as tender as beef and full of flavour, which is uncommon with pigmeats these days. Cured bacon and ham is available at appropriate occasions throughout the year.

Naturez Smallgoodz™

Natures Beef® has a small range of smallgoods throughout the year. There are always sausages, rissoles and waygu burgers for sale. Bacon, hams and pork sausages and saveloys are offered from time to time. All ingredients are gluten free, free of artificial additives and are naturally produced in our own Tweed processing facility.

Naturez Seafoodz™

As there is no dedicated “fish market” for local trawlers and fishermen, we have been approached by several local boat owners operating out of the Tweed, Richmond and Brunswick Rivers with requests to sell a range of fish (whole or filleted), shellfish and prawns.

For those interested, enquire as to what fresh seafood we have available as supplies vary. Rest assured that whatever seafood we offer at the MeatHall™ as fresh seafood, is “Fresh” with any surplus product being frozen and sold as “Frozen”.
